Meet the Team
01
Nitesh Kapuri
I lead the vision and strategy for Himalayan Blends, making sure every product tells a meaningful story — from sourcing to storytelling. I work closely with our team to build a brand rooted in purpose, purity, and heritage.
"If my role were a drink, it would be a single-origin pour-over coffee — rare, intentional, and rooted in purpose. Like my role, it brings out the best of where it comes from and connects people through craft and story."
02
Nitik Thapa
I lead the brand design and structure at Himalayan Blends, shaping how we look, feel, and communicate across every touchpoint.
"If my role were a drink, it would be a white tea. Light and refreshing."
03
Bikram Limbu
I lead all Nepal-side execution and research on behalf of the founder, coordinating sourcing, logistics, and on-the-ground relationships.
"Doctor advised not to drink coffee but I can't stop."
04
Jasvir Bhandaal
I drive marketing and team growth at Himalayan Blends by building campaigns, recruiting talent, and creating systems that help the team scale effectively.
"If my role were a drink, a homemade coffee with vanilla creamer."
05
Vasanth
I help build and improve our web tools and apps to enhance the customer experience, while also supporting analytics and SEO to better reach and serve our audience.
"Me and my dog have commitment issues — coffee, my chai, matcha… anything, everything, as long as it keeps me going."
06
Timothy
I connect Himalayan Blends to the marketplace and introduce them into communities where Nepalese coffee and tea is still being discovered.
"I would sip my cup of temperature-critical coffee, 24 grams of medium-grind coffee steeped at 195°F for 3 minutes for an exceptional start of time."
07
Lennox Jeffries
I help plan and come up with content ideas, as well as figure out how to improve current content ideas. I also help improve our socials and along with the rest of the marketing team think of ways to improve it.
"If my role were a drink, it would be a caramel iced latte. It's familiar to most but you can always add something to make it more creative."
08
Aashrut
I help the team to navigate through supply chain issues faced in the high altitude coffee sourcing.
"I'd be an espresso: short but concentrated with knowledge, ready to give you a powerful shot of clarity whenever you need it."
09
Shubh Gupta
I help build the financial foundation of Himalayan Blends and financial strategy by building financial models, analysing unit economics and preparing investor-ready projections to support long-term growth and decision making.
"I'd call coffee before war — never duped it enough to drink it everyday. Working at Himalayan Blends was the best plan yet."
10
Manisha Bhetwal
As an Operations Coordinator and a true coffee enthusiast, I love bringing structure and flow to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Himalayan Blends running smoothly. From coordinating across teams to solving day-to-day challenges, I enjoy creating efficient processes that support both our people and our passion for exceptional coffee.
"If I were a drink, I'd be a smooth medium-roast coffee latte — balanced, yet energising."
11
Darren Wojdyla
I help with creating social media content and tracking engagement and performance metrics to find trends and assist with better content creation and audience expansion.
"If I were a coffee I would be a Cold Brew — it takes time and careful attention to get right, but the results are worth it, similar to tracking engagement and improving content over time."
