Nepal has been growing exceptional coffee for decades.

The world is only now paying attention.

Nepal coffee landscape

Himalayan Blends does not grow coffee.

We find it. We verify it. We connect it to the roasters who can do it justice.

We are Nepal's bridge to the global specialty trade.

Altitude does not lie.

1,200–2,200m
Growing altitude

Same altitude band as Ethiopia and Panama. Slow cherry maturation. Denser beans. Brighter acidity.

18°C
Day-to-night variance

Cool nights lock sugars in the cherry. The result: structured sweetness and a clean cup that flat-climate origins cannot replicate.

6.2
Soil pH

Mineral-rich Himalayan soil. Distinct from any other origin. Contributes clarity, sweetness, and flavor balance that is uniquely Nepali.

~500 tons
Annual green production

Nepal's entire country produces less green coffee than a single large Colombian farm. What exists here is genuinely rare.

Cupping session in progress

Not every lot makes it.

Every harvest, each micro-lot is evaluated against a defined cupping threshold before it moves forward. Lots that do not meet our minimum score are rejected or held for re-evaluation - regardless of volume pressure or seasonal targets.

Volume is never the priority. Your trust is.

The Lots

Four Lots. Four distinct expressions of Nepal.

Limited Offering

Himalayan Reserve

Each harvest, a small number of exceptional lots are identified during cupping - lots that exceed our standard threshold by a meaningful margin. These are not blended, not scaled, and not sold through conventional channels.

They are offered in limited auction format to roasters who want first access to Nepal's finest expression.
